Deep ruby in colour with an alluring foam. The nose delivers an aromatic array of red fruits (strawberries, redcurrants), as well as a hint of cocoa.
The mouth is soft and silky, and a hint of tannins bolsters the delicate structure at the end.

Food and wine pairings: Acajou is best enjoyed as an accompaniment to desserts (strawberries, bitter chocolate), but you can’t go wrong with aged comté or mimolette cheeses either.
