The Guide Hachette has rewarded the quality of the "Corail", rich and fruity cuvée, with a "coup de coeur" ("Jury's Favourite") and 2 stars ("remarkable wine").

AOC Saumur Brut "Grande Cuvée" : 1 STAR
After being awarded "coup de coeur" (Jury's Favourite) in 2008, the "Grande Cuvée" received this year 1 star ("very well made wine").

Bubbling start.
It does not hurt to start the day with some bubbles, and at least not if they are red or pink.
The wine and tastes fantastic with strawberries and all fresh fruit. Perfect to bring along on the beach.

Sparkling Corail Rosé Brut - dice 5
A exciting aroma where acidic red berries blends it self with a mineral (little dusty) impression. Creamy mousse, fine taste of red berries, and a fresh and light aftertaste with clear mineral tones. Fine balance between acid and sweetness. A perfect aperitif.

Corail Rosé Brut - dice 5
Light pink. Has a nice perfume of summer flowers and fresh berries. The taste is fruity with a freshness and length and a dry, fine a little bitter finish.
Fine qualities for the price.
